1. Tegalalang Rice Field

Rice paddy fields are another icon of Bali. Many cafes in Ubud have a rice field behind where you can shoot your pre-wedding shots without travelling deep into the country. 2. Tanah Lot

As one of the best photo spots in Bali, this iconic Hindu temple is built on top of a rock formation. Tanah Lot is perfect for pre wedding photoshoot. Because it is situated in the west side of Bali, about an hour’s drive from Seminyak, it is great to hit this place during sunset hours, say 5pm. Do check with your photographer, the tide for the day, you’ll miss a lot if the tide is high.

3. Tukad Unda Dam

Another interest location in Bali, is the Tukad Unda Dam. This is conveniently located near the city. With boy often playing at the dam, it adds a unique touch to your photos.

4. Tamblingan Lake

Tamblingan Lake, known locally as Danau Tamblingan, is a beautiful spot to have your pre wedding/engagement shoot. It’s a quiet spot compared to it’s more touristy neighbor, Beratan Lake. Couples can rent a small boat, where you can set out to a wooden platform in the lake. Many couples choose to hit Lake Tamblingan at dawn, as the first spot in their photo shoot day, to capture the beauty of sunrise and morning fog.

5. Tegal Wangi Beach

Tegal Wangi beach features a mixture of fine white sand and rocky outcrops.It takes no more than an hour to drive from Kuta. This is a great location because you can have a scenic beach view from the cliff. And unlike Kuta or Legian beach, Tegal Wangi is quiet and clean. This beach is close to the Ayana Resort and Spa, where Rock Bar is situated. It just sounds like a great place to end your wedding shoot day

6. Jimbaran Beach

Jimbaran beach and the famous Jimbaran Bay are on Bali's southwestern coast. The beach is part of the narrow isthmus connecting the Bali mainland and the Bukit Peninsula. The beach and the bay of Jimbaran offers small secluded areas. The tranquility and peace you can find here can be a perfect antidote to a stressful world

7. Campuhan Ridge Walk

This is a beautiful paved walk along the Campuhan ridge. This walk definitely showcases the natural side to Ubud. Many trees and hills, the Campuhan Ridge Walk has the scenery of a jungle or forest rather than that of rice terraces and fields. There are rice fields further along the walk near Karsa Kafe but there are other rice terraces and fields that require less walking to get to and are closer to Ubud centre. There are also more impressive and popular Rice terraces such as Tegalalang or Jatiluwih.

8. Mount Batur

Batur is the most active volcano in Bali and it’s last eruption was recorded in 2000. The peak sits at 1717 meters (5,633 ft.) above sea level and offers breathtaking views of Lake Batur, black lava from the last explosion, and surrounding mountains. Whether you love photography or just want to have the best possible experience, the best way to enjoy this hike is by getting up bright and early for the sunrise hike. Oh and don’t forget to pack some water!

9. Ujung Water Palace

Taman Ujung ‘water palace’, with its complete and official designation of Taman Sukasada Ujung, is located in the village of Seraya in Karangasem regency. It is the sister site of Tirta Gangga, also built by the late raja of Karangasem. The complex consists of various large pools and historic structures set against a backdrop of Mount Agung and the eastern shoreline

10. Mangrove Forest

"Mangrove Forest is an alternative way to spend your romantic moment. Do not imagine to walk along a dirty mud to enjoy the spots in this forest, as a wooden road is provided to enter most of the area. Take your loved one to stroll along the wooden road, deep into the jungle, and feel the sunshine peeping through the leaves of the mangroves.
